If your item meets one of the conditions below, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item. We will resend your order at no additional cost.
You are not required to return incorrect or defective items.
INCORRECT SIZE ORDERS
Because all of our products are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing or fit issues. Customers are fully responsible for selecting the correct size and fit for their purchase.
To help you choose the right size, we provide a size chart on each product page.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS
After placing your order, you have 12 hours to contact our customer support team to request a modification or cancellation.
After 12 hours, your order will have entered production and can no longer be changed or canceled.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We do our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, in rare cases, you may receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
In such cases, we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction by offering a free replacement or a full refund for the affected items.
To process your request, we require:

A clear photo showing the incorrect item, poor print quality, or damaged area

A photo of the QR code attached to the packaging of the affected item(s)
Please email all required information to support@Fanahawaii.com, and one of our friendly support agents will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If your order has not arrived within:

30 days for U.S. orders

60 days for international orders
(excluding 3–5 business days of processing time)
Please contact our support team at support@fanahawaii.com to request a full refund.
⚠️ Please note: This policy does not apply to orders delayed due to customer-provided incorrect shipping information or lost parcels.
TRACKING SHOWS “DELIVERED” BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your order falls into this category, we reserve the right to issue a replacement item.
Refunds are only available for orders that have been successfully delivered and received.
RETURNS
Because all products are custom-printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns.
If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us so our support team can assist you. We will replace defective items or incorrect orders upon receiving photo evidence and your order number.
What should you do?
Please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order and provide:

PLEASE NOTE
We do not accept refunds or reprints in the following cases:

Incorrect size selected by the customer

Address changes requested after the item has been printed and shipped

Orders not delivered due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable, refusal to accept delivery)

Orders affected by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance delays, natural disasters, tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing)
We also do not accept refund or replacement requests if:

More than 20 days have passed since delivery

Items are returned without prior authorization
⚠️ Do not return items to the address listed on the package.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed. Thank you for your understanding.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer size exchanges unless the error was caused by us sending the wrong size.
For other issues such as printing defects or sewing problems, we will take full responsibility.
Please contact our customer service team first, and we will guide you through the process step by step.
We are not responsible for refunds or exchanges if items are returned without prior contact.
